Couples Nutrition Counselling

Couples nutrition counselling supports partners who want to improve their nutrition habits together.

Food and health decisions often happen within shared households. Working together can help partners build supportive routines, align health goals, and create a home environment that supports healthy eating.

All sessions are offered virtually or by phone, allowing couples to participate together from the comfort of their home.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

Initial Consultation

The first session focuses on understanding your health history, lifestyle, and nutrition goals. Together we identify priorities and develop a plan that works for you.

Appointments take place virtually or by phone, depending on your preference.

Follow-Up Sessions

Follow-up sessions provide ongoing support, adjustments to your plan, and guidance as you continue building sustainable nutrition habits.

These sessions help ensure strategies remain realistic and adaptable to your lifestyle.

Fees & Insurance

Consultation Fees

Initial Consultation (60 minutes) $150

Follow-Up Consultation (30 minutes) $100

Couples Consultation (90 minutes) $250

All appointments are offered virtually or by phone.

Insurance Coverage

Many extended health benefit plans cover services provided by a Registered Dietitian.

Payment is required at the time of your appointment. An invoice will be provided following payment, which you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement according to your individual plan coverage.

Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your coverage for Registered Dietitian services.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of your appointment via e-transfer.

An invoice will be provided after payment for your records and for insurance reimbursement if applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

Erin reserves the right to charge a fee for missed appointments.
